At Schaefer Outfitter, we stand behind the quality of our American-made ranchwear and offer a straightforward return process within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are included, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive an email notification once your refund or new exchange item has been processed.
